The University of Texas meets Oklahoma in Dallas on October 17^th, and should win the game.  This will set up a much-anticipated national championship game between Florida and Texas.  Texas would have been Florida’s opponent last year if it were not for a loss to Texas Tech on a "Hail Mary" pass play as the final gun sounded.

There are some "sleeper" teams that I would wager early and often on before the online sportsbook gambling public catches on.  The best of the sleeper teams are: 

·        Ole Miss – The University of Mississippi benefits from an easy schedule and should advance to meet Florida in the Southeast Conference Title Game in December.

·        Boise State - The Broncos return the vast majority of their players from an 11-1 team last year.  Watch out for the Broncos this year.

·        California – The Bears are legitimate contenders for the Pac 10 Title, and could give the Trojans of USC a serious run for the crown out West.
