The Onlinegambling.co.uk Sports Guru experienced his worst week in prognosticating college football games in over a year, but he redeemed himself in the pro game.  On the college scene, Wisconsin was a winner early in the afternoon, but the evening results of losses with Southern Cal and Northwestern cost the Guru dearly, including the three-team parlay.  The Guru now stands at + $150 for the year in college football, and has allotted additional time for research on the upcoming selections.

On the professional front, the guru won four of seven games, and broke even on the three-team parlay, raising his winnings for the year to +$120 for the year.

Here are our college football prognostications for the week #10, November 14^th.  Each of these games represents a $100 online sportsbook betting wager.

·        Notre Dame (-4) over Navy – The Fighting Irish look to continue their winning ways and put themselves in a position for a top Bowl Game.  QB Jimmy Clausson has Heisman candidate credentials, and he will have a big day at Annapolis, as the Irish will defeat the Navy Midshipmen by a score of 31-14.

·        South Carolina (+12 ½) over Florida – This is a dangerous “trap” game for Florida as the top-ranked Gators look ahead to their upcoming meeting with Alabama.  Coach Spurrier of the Gamecocks of South Carolina will keep the contest close in Jacksonville, Florida.  The Gators edge the Gamecocks with a late T.D. by Tim Tebow, 27-20.

·        Oregon (-6) over Arizona – Oregon has a clear path to the Rose Bowl, if not the championship game, if they can clear the hurdle of the Wildcats.  It’s important that the Ducks stay focused, and they will with a 38-21 victory over Arizona.

·        Boise State (-7 ½) over Idaho – Idaho can be a pretty rough place to play in mid-November, but Boise State has an undefeated season in its radar.  Boise State will score often and early, and roll to a 44-14 win over the host team.

We shall also invest a three-team parlay with Boise State, Stanford (+7) over U.S.C., and Iowa (-5) over Purdue.

Here are our pro picks for Sunday, November 15^th.  The online sportsbook betting wagers are $100 apiece, with a $100 three-team parlay.

·        Minnesota (-140) over Detroit – Bret Favre has his way with the lowly Lions, and the Vikings stay atop their division with a 42-10 pasting of Detroit.

·        Pittsburgh (-6) over Cincinnati – This is a revenge game for the Steelers, who lost earlier in the season to the Bengals in the final minute of the contest.   Look for the Steelers to control the line of scrimmage and the game, winning 24-9.

·        Jets (-5 ½) over Jacksonville - The Jaguars are going nowhere, while the Jets are the best .500 team in the NFL.  Rookie QB Mark Sanchez will toss for three touchdowns as the J-E-T-S will coast to a 35-14 win.

·        Indianapolis (-2) over New Orleans – This game features the two best teams in the NFL, and the two best quarterbacks in the National Conference, Peyton Manning and Drew Brees.  The home team will win the game on a late field goal and cover the spread, as well.  Indianapolis 23 - New Orleans 20 will be your final score.

For good measure, we add a $100 parlay with the Indianapolis Colts, NY Jets and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
